North Texas Program Manager, NextOp
Charles Bischoff is a former U.S. Army Combat Medic turned military and veteran talent strategist and career coach. After eight years of service, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, his own difficult transition into the civilian workforce inspired him to help others navigate that journey.
Today, Charles serves as the North Texas Program Manager for NextOp, where he helps post-9/11 enlisted veterans secure meaningful careers through personalized coaching, employer partnerships, and veteran hiring strategies. He has supported more than 1,500 veterans and professionals, advised more than 20 organizations on military and veteran hiring, and helped place more than 250 veterans in North Texas since June 2024, with an average starting salary of approximately $70,000.
Charles is a 2025 City of Fort Worth Distinguished Service to Veterans Award recipient and a SHRM Top 10 Everyday Hero Honoree. He also serves as a SHRM Military Community Ambassador, Co-Chair of the Texas Medical Center Veterans Committee, and founder of Enlisted to Employed.
