Tony Lattner is a retired U.S. Marine and the Owner and Head Instructor of Archi's Institute for Sustainable Agriculture (AiSA) in Escondido, California. An AiSA graduate himself, he has led the program's education efforts since 2013. AiSA is GI Bill and SkillBridge approved and has trained more than 850 veterans since 2007. Students earn 16 college credits through the University of Minnesota Crookston, and many go on to launch farms, food businesses, and careers in agriculture. Under Tony's leadership, AiSA was recognized by San Diego County and the City of Escondido for its contributions to agriculture on National Ag Day 2025.
