The Army Reserve Private Public Partnership (P3) Program is an extension of the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) that builds partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, academic institutions, government agencies, and community organizations to connect Army Reserve Soldiers and families with employment, career resources, and valuable opportunities.
