Dave Lee.

Dave Lee is Director of Military Connected Community Initiatives at CVS Health, leading its initiatives for the military and veteran community. His early work focused on hiring and retaining veterans and military spouses, and it expanded after CVS Health became an in-network TRICARE provider in 2021 and invested in the health and wellness of the military-connected community. He also works with the Congressional Medal of Honor Society on HonorCare, a program for Medal of Honor Recipients and their families that CVS Health supports as founding sponsor.

A 1985 graduate of West Point, Lee retired from the Army as a colonel in 2009. He commanded the 1st Battalion, 38th Field Artillery in Korea, was a Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellow and, as the Army's director of marketing, led the Army Strong campaign. He later led development of Amazon.jobs and worked in employment branding at Bristol Myers Squibb. He holds three master's degrees and completed the George W. Bush Institute's Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program in 2018.
