Dave Tomlinson is a retired United States Marine Corps Infantry Weapons Officer (CWO4 Gunner) with over 25 years of distinguished service. He commanded combat units in both Iraq and Afghanistan and has served at every level of leadership, most recently as the Marine Corps Systems Command (SYSCOM) Gunner and the Training and Education Command (TECOM) Gunner.

Following his military career, Dave transitioned his leadership and technical expertise into industry. He is the Vice President of MVP Robotics, where he has served for nearly three years, leading business development, strategic programs, and defense innovation initiatives. He is also the Co-Founder and President of Parabellum Group LLC, a disabled veteran-owned small business that has helped secure over $750 million in government contracts through partnerships across the defense and technology sectors.

Dave is skilled in program management, acquisitions, requirements development, and organizational leadership. Known for his analytical problem-solving and practical approach to innovation, he continues to advise and collaborate at all levels within the Department of Defense and federal government to improve readiness, integration, and warfighter capability.
