Eduardo F. Ortiz is the CEO of Coforma, a digital services firm he founded in 2017 that develops creative technology solutions to improve lives. He is a combat Veteran who served two tours of duty in the United States Marine Corps and several stints in government civilian agencies.

Eduardo is passionate about leveraging product and technology practices to remove points of friction that prevent people from accessing critical services. This drove his professional journey from software engineer, UX designer, and product strategist to entrepreneurship. Eduardo holds an MBA and a doctorate in business administration, information systems from the University of Maryland, and lives in Maryland with his family.
