Mark Frank is the CEO and Co-Founder of SonderMind, a comprehensive behavioral health network transforming how people access and experience mental health care. Under his leadership, SonderMind has grown into a total-care platform that delivers coordinated access to in-person and virtual therapy, psychiatry, medication management, and digital mental health tools. By combining a nationwide clinician network with advanced technology and data-driven insights, Mark is expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care through partnerships with commercial insurance plans, Medicare, TRICARE, and the VA Community Care Network.

Before founding SonderMind, Mark built and scaled multiple healthcare and technology companies, establishing himself as a proven entrepreneur and operator in complex, highly regulated industries. He served as CEO and co-founder of the radiation oncology company Next Oncology and the medical imaging SaaS platform SafeImageMD, and co-founded the software venture TermScout. Earlier in his career, he worked in healthcare investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where he developed expertise in healthcare strategy, operations, and growth.

Mark’s commitment to behavioral health is deeply personal and shaped by his experience as a U.S. Army veteran. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an Army officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military background continues to shape his leadership approach and informs SonderMind’s commitment to supporting mental health across the full military lifecycle, from active-duty service members and military families to veterans transitioning into civilian life.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
