Misty Fox.

Misty Stutsman Fox is Chief of Staff at Coforma, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business that builds technology products for government and public-interest partners. She works with CEO Eduardo Ortiz and the leadership team on clarity, accountability and operational momentum, drawing on 20 years at purpose-driven organizations working with military small businesses.

Before joining Coforma in 2026, she was Director of Entrepreneurship and Small Business at Syracuse University's D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF). There she led the Center of Excellence for Veteran Entrepreneurship and the Coalition for Veteran Owned Business, whose corporate partners are committed to opportunities and growth for veteran and military spouse-owned businesses. In December 2025 she testified before the House Committee on Small Business on veteran entrepreneurship.

Earlier, she managed programs at Oklahoma State University's Riata Center for Entrepreneurship, including a multi-university veteran entrepreneurship consortium. She holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Oklahoma State University and is an alumna of the George W. Bush Institute's Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program.
