As the Founder and CEO of Camo Canopy Consulting LLC, Tommy specializes in enhancing military-related initiatives, from recruitment and retention strategies to fostering inclusive cultures and supporting Veteran-owned businesses.

Tommy's career includes pivotal roles at Walmart and Verizon, where he developed and led military and diversity recruitment strategies that resulted in the employment of over 50,000 veterans and military spouses. His leadership at Verizon positioned the company as a top Military Friendly Employer, while at Walmart, he spearheaded enterprise-wide strategies that increased military talent representation and support for military spouses.

A decorated U.S. Army veteran, Tommy served 20 years in the Signal Corps, deploying to Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq, and earning numerous awards, including three Bronze Stars.
