Tonya Schram.

Tonya Schram has been with Humana for 19 years. She began her career as a Technology Business Analyst in Sales Operations within the HumanaOne segment, later becoming an Agency Sales Executive supporting HumanaOne’s national field agencies and call centers. Following the alignment of HumanaOne and Medicare within the Retail Organization, she served as a National Sales Executive for large field agencies, and in 2018 she became National Sales Lead for the MarketPOINT Partner Call Center channel. In March of this year, Tonya was promoted to National Sales Director for the Partner Channel, where she oversees large external sales partners.

Tonya’s father served in the Army during the Vietnam War and her grandfather served in WWII as an Army paratrooper. She is passionate about honoring and serving Veterans, working closely with teams across Humana to address the unique needs of Veterans, their families, and the military community. She also co-leads initiatives focused on preventing Veteran suicide and serves as Co-President of Humana’s Salute Network Resource Group.

Tonya received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Lakeland University in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She and her husband, Kevin, live in Middleton, Wisconsin, with their two children.
