Jenny Muterspaugh Shoemaker is the Medical Management Director for CareSource Military & Veterans (CSMV), where she leads medical management initiatives supporting TRICARE beneficiaries under the Competitive Plans Demonstration (CPD) program.
She brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including 18 years dedicated to TRICARE medical management and 12 years across commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA programs. Jenny began her career in entry-level healthcare operations, working in data entry and customer service before advancing into leadership roles.
As a former military dependent whose father served 25 years in the U.S. Air Force, she is deeply committed to serving military families and improving healthcare outcomes for the military-connected population.
