The most effective veteran employment programs aren't built on good intentions—they're built on data, measurable outcomes, and strategic partnerships that amplify impact. Join two leaders whose organizations have revolutionized how America approaches veteran hiring through evidence-based programming and collaborative innovation.

The Call of Duty Endowment and Hire Heroes USA represent a best-in-class model of how complementary organizations can work together to create systematic change in veteran employment. Through rigorous data collection, outcome tracking, and shared metrics, these partnerships have moved beyond anecdotal success stories to create scalable, replicable programs that deliver measurable results for veterans nationwide.

This panel will explore how the Endowment's funding strategy aligns with Hire Heroes USA's direct service delivery to create a force multiplier effect in veteran employment. Attendees will learn how both organizations use data analytics to identify program gaps, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve their approaches. The discussion will reveal how strategic partnerships between funders and service providers can eliminate duplicate efforts, share best practices, and create a unified approach to tackling veteran unemployment and underemployment.

Key topics include the metrics that matter most in veteran employment, how data sharing between organizations accelerates program improvement, and the collaborative strategies that have helped both organizations achieve industry-leading placement rates and retention outcomes.
