Charlotte Creech

Charlotte Creech, Chief Program Officer at Hire Heroes USA, is a mission-driven business leader and social entrepreneur with a deep passion for supporting the military and veteran community. Before joining Hire Heroes USA, Charlotte led corporate innovation and new product development at USAA, where she spearheaded AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance the user experience for USAA's customers and employees.

Previously, Charlotte served as CEO of Patriot Boot Camp (PBC), a nonprofit providing startup education and mentoring for military, veteran, and spouse entrepreneurs. During her tenure, she grew PBC from a volunteer-led event into a nationally recognized program, supporting more than 600 startup founders. PBC was later acquired by Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in 2021.

Charlotte’s dedication to supporting the entrepreneur community began with her own experience as a tech startup CEO of Combat2Career, which she founded to help match veterans with higher education programs through a personalized SaaS platform. She also has a background as a business and strategy consultant.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Bentley University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Charlotte is married to an Air Force veteran and resides in San Antonio, TX with her husband and two children. She serves on the board of directors for the Service First Foundation, is a mentor for the Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator, and is an active member of Impact San Antonio and The Policy Circle. In 2022, she was named one of San Antonio Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” honorees.
