Chris has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience including 29 years of independent consulting and brokerage and 3 years of commercial real estate appraisal. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate, specializing in exclusive Tenant Representation Advisory Services in the office & industrial sector as well as representing corporations on their Corporate Real Estate needs.

In 2006 Chris founded and Captained Team ZipCar to ride in the PanMass Challenge, a 200 mile, 2 day bike ride. The team has grown from 3 people in 2006 to 35 people in 2023 and has raised over $5,000,000. In 2023 the PMC raised $72M of which 100% was donated to the Dana Farber Institute for cancer research.
