Dr. Rachelle Zemlock

Dr. Zemlok is a licensed clinical psychologist from California, specializing in supporting and educating first responder families. As a Fire spouse raising a young family, and the sister to three retired law enforcement officers, Dr. Zemlok brings both personal and professional expertise to her work. She is the founder of First Responder Family Psychology, which provides culturally competent therapy and services to first responders and their family members.

An accomplished author and experienced national speaker, Dr. Zemlok has delivered presentations at prestigious organizations such as the FBI National Academy Associates in Quantico, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and served as a keynote speaker for the International Association of Fire Chiefs International Conference. She is a regular contributor to PoliceOne.com on wellness topics and serves as a subject matter expert for Cordico, which provides critical mental health resources to help first responders care for themselves.
