Dr. Heather Kelly is a clinical psychologist, Director of Wellness and Prevention, and Special Assistant to the Superintendent of the United States Naval Academy. Prior to her time at Annapolis, Heather was a Professional Staff Member on the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, developing and shepherding mental health legislation for the Chairman, and a long-time mental health advocate for military personnel, veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors. She hails from a Navy family and lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
