Kelly Goodejohn is vice president and chief social impact officer at Starbucks where she's been working for 19 years. As part of the company’s community promise to contribute positively, she leads the community and social impact strategy including enabling partner (employee) engagement, driving hunger relief efforts through the company’s award-winning FoodShare program, community resilience programs and responding in times of disaster.

Kelly serves as the executive director for The Starbucks Foundation.
