Grace Yan, PHD, ABPP

Dr. Yan is the Lead of Innovations and Resource Development with the OPCC&CT Whole Health System Development Team. A board-certified clinical psychologist, Dr. Yan completed her predoctoral and postdoctoral training at the VA Connecticut Health Care System and the New Jersey VA War Related Illness & Injury Study Center. Additionally, she previously served as a primary care mental health integration psychologist and compensation & pension examiner at the New Jersey VA. Dr. Yan began her journey in Whole Health as the Program Evaluation Lead at the Center for Health & Wellness in New Jersey before joining OPCC&CT. In her spare time, Dr. Yan enjoys traveling with her husband, trying out new foods, and putting embarrassing costumes on her two rambunctious dogs and one very judgmental cat
