Trinidad Aguirre is a U.S. Navy veteran and the CEO and Co-Founder of VetsForever, a veteran-run law group providing VA-accredited representation to veterans navigating the VA claims process, including VA disability claims and military discharge upgrades. He co-founded the firm in 2022 after his own frustrating experience pursuing benefits as a 100% P&T disabled veteran.
Trinidad has 20 years of business strategy and marketing leadership experience at organizations including Verizon, CBRE, startups, and nonprofits. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas. He was recently selected for the D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) 2026 CEOcircle Cohort, a competitive, year-long program designed to support and elevate veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs.
