Meg Hendricks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Entrepreneurship, and Military Employment. As the Vice President and Head of Military and Veteran Affairs at Fiserv, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in developing and enhancing the Fiserv Salutes program, leading to the company's consistent recognition as one of the top employers for veterans on various prestigious lists.

In addition to her military-focused work, Meg actively supports philanthropic initiatives, employee resource groups, and other CSR programs at Fiserv. Her dedication to creating employee-centric programs that foster a positive culture and make a difference in the community is truly commendable.

Prior to her current role, Meg served in the United States Army as a human resources officer. She has also collaborated with organizations in the manufacturing and human capital management sectors, gaining valuable experience in the civilian sector.

Meg's commitment to civic duty extends beyond her professional life. She previously served as the President of the PTA at her daughter's school for two years and regularly volunteers with local organizations. Meg is married to a fellow Army Veteran and together, they have a daughter.

Meg's educational background includes a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Colorado College. She has also earned the PHR certification, further demonstrating her dedication to professional excellence.
