Ryan Scalmanini

Ryan Scalmanini is a dedicated professional having served in the U.S. Coast Guard on a search and rescue and law enforcement cutter. 

After his service, his focus turned to Veterans where he worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs for over decade adjudicating disability benefits. 

 His passion to serve led him to coordinate various events within the National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic put on by the VA. It was there that he found the healing power of community.  

Ryan continues to actively contribute and grow Veteran and First Responder medicine communities in San Diego, California.
