This is NOT an athletic event and is for active duty, veterans, National Guard, and Reservists only - no civilians. The purpose is to bring veterans together for a few hours of commaraderie, fellowship, and networking. Breakfast is provided at step off. We'll stop at Hennessey's Tavern and the American Legion where lunch will be provided. Registration starts at 0800, step off is 0900, we'll be back by 1200.

Total distance is approx 4 miles. Attire is Silkies/Ranger Panties, boots, and a ruck but not required - wear what you're comfortable in. Military and patriotic flags are encouraged! Free hike tag and admission to MCON - we are limited to 50 participants .

Workout:

MVP will lead MCON on a one hour workout which will consist of:
Brief overview of MVP
5 min stretch
40 min kickboxing workout
15 min cool down (Yoga).

Cooldown/yoga Bryce Harley: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, former professional fighter, and coach.

Nashville Songwriter Rounds

Nashville Songwriter Rounds are a Nashville songwriting tradition. A Round is where a group of 2-4 songwriters share a single stage. They rotate down the line first sharing quick stories about how the song was written and other songwriters that contributed to the song. The MCON performances will all have a unique connection to the military community and support of veterans by the artists and songwriters on stage.
